A BUY.IU Supplier ID Number, referred to as a “p” number, is assigned to a supplier record after the completed record is reviewed and approved by the Supplier Data Management (SDM) team. Every supplier has a unique “p” number.
To locate a supplier’s “p” number, first Search for the Supplier. Click on the supplier’s name to view their profile.
The Supplier 360 page opens. Under the Supplier Details, locate the Supplier No. The number begins with a p followed by a string of numbers. In this example, Rasta Pops LLC’s supplier number is p46310320.
