To receive your complimentary A-List Status for future bookings, visit IU's Southwest Business site to sign up for “A-List Tier Experience.” From the date of your enrollment, you will have 90 days to fly 3 round trips (or 6 one-ways) to qualify and extend your A-List Status for the next 12 months. All you need to provide is your first and last name, IU email address, and Rapid Rewards number.
This time-saving perk will have you out of the terminal and kicking back in your seat before other travelers. Southwest boards passengers in three main groups; A, B, and C, with passengers lined up in numerical order by their boarding position. Travelers with A-list Status get in ahead of the crowd so you can spend less time waiting to be called and more time relaxing before takeoff.
Don’t have Rapid Rewards? Create a Rapid Rewards account with Southwest. If you are not enrolled in Rapid Rewards, you cannot receive A-List status.
