The State of Indiana has many department and divisions, like IU. For the most part, State departments are listed under supplier p30300559, State of Indiana. Before building your order or completing your check request, check the fulfillment centers on the supplier record to ensure the correct department and addresses are available.
Review a list of departments and fulfillment centers by navigating to the Contacts and Locations section in the left navigation menu, then select Fulfillment Centers. Here you’ll find a complete list of available fulfillment centers, or departments.
If you do not see the State department you need listed, submit a Supplier Edit Request Form to request it be added to the supplier record. You will need to provide a fulfillment and remittance address with your request. If you’re unsure of the department’s fulfillment and remittance addresses, reach out to your contact with the State to ask.
