Adding your Instant Card to your mobile wallet can simplify your experience by allowing you to use tap-to-pay technology in-person, or by using your mobile wallet during online checkouts where allowed. For example, some rideshare apps, parking apps, and travel booking sites allow you to pay with a mobile wallet, saving you from manually entering the 16-digit card number.
The first time you add an Instant Card to your mobile wallet, you must add the Instant Card billing address to your payment profile.
Name: Enter the name of the person to whom the card is issued
Address Line 1: 2709 E Tenth St
Address Line 2: CIB Building – TRMS
City/State: Bloomington, Indiana
Zip Code: 47408
Once this action is complete, follow the remaining steps on this page.
Access your Instant Card, then tap on the black bar button across the bottom of the instant card app. The button will read “Add to G Pay” or “Add to Apple Pay” depending on the type of device you are using.
Your mobile device should display an option to Add to Wallet. Tap on this button. The screenshots below display an Android interface; the Apple interface will appear slightly differently.
Follow the prompts on your device to add the card to your mobile wallet. When the card is added successfully, you will be able to use tap-to-pay technology where available and use your mobile wallet during online checkouts where the option exists.
If you receive an error message, you likely need to add the Instant Card address to your payment profile. Review the instructions at the top of this page to learn how.
